1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 7jili ("7jili," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 7jili.org and its associated mobile applications.

By accessing the 7jili website, downloading the 7jili mobile application, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 7jili, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 7jili platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

The 7jili platform is strictly intended for adults. To register and use 7jili services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling is 21 years old.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 7jili, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from 7jili or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

7jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 7jili platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update your account information if any details change. 7jili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and not disclose it to any third party.
• Notify 7jili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account on your behalf.

7jili reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or close an account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any violation of these Terms.

Know Your Customer (KYC): 7jili is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the 7jili platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity.

7jili accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• GCash – instant e-wallet transfer
• PayMaya / Maya – instant e-wallet transfer
• Bank Transfer – BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card – Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your account. 7jili reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 7jili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

All deposits are made for the purpose of gaming on the 7jili platform. Depositing funds without the intention to play, or using the platform as a mechanism to transfer funds between payment methods, is prohibited and may constitute money laundering under Philippine law.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum withdrawal amount as displayed on the withdrawal page.
• 7jili reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. 7jili is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving financial institution.

7jili reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, 7jili will notify the account holder and may request additional documentation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

7jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus terms applicable to all 7jili promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 7jili reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or irregular betting patterns — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account closure.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the 7jili platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

7jili uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with industry standards. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 7jili will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, 7jili reserves the right to void any game round affected by a technical error. Bets placed during a confirmed system malfunction may be refunded at 7jili's discretion.

7jili's decisions regarding game outcomes, technical issues, and dispute resolution are final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure outlined in these Terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7jili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the 7jili platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known exploit are void and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the 7jili platform.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7jili staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the 7jili platform without prior written authorization.

9. Responsible Gaming

7jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that for some players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 7jili players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 7jili platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to use these tools and to seek support. 7jili supports PAGCOR's responsible gaming initiatives and encourages players to gamble within their means.

7jili reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where we identify patterns of play that suggest problem gambling behavior, including but not limited to extended sessions, rapid loss of large deposits, or repeated requests to reverse self-exclusion.

10. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to 7jili. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 7jili collects personal data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is retained for the period required by applicable Philippine law, including anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.

All data transmissions between your device and the 7jili platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. 7jili employs industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7jili platform — including but not limited to the 7jili name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 7jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 7jili platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any 7jili content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on 7jili content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the 7jili platform.
• Use the 7jili name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of 7jili intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 7jili.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7jili's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if 7jili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7jili does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7jili makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform's operation or the information, content, or materials included therein.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 7jili's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Account Termination

You may close your 7jili account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

7jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms.
• 7jili is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a directive from PAGCOR or another competent authority.
• 7jili has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to 7jili, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 7jili reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 7jili operates in compliance with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to 7jili's internal dispute resolution process. You may initiate a dispute by contacting our customer support team in writing. 7jili will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the above process.

15. Amendments

7jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 7jili will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 7jili platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the amendments take effect.
